This policy applies to all services offered on KRABIT, including but not limited to video removals, comment deletions, access restores, and digital asset removals.
Policy Statement
All services delivered on KRABIT must remain active and effective until the escrow transaction is officially closed. Any private side agreement between buyer and seller does not override KRABIT’s rules. A service must stay valid throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including the active service period and the mandatory grace period before closure.
Key Rules
- Services related to removals, deletions, restores, or asset control must remain fully intact until the ticket is formally closed by staff.
- Sellers cannot demand payment if the service stops working, is reversed, or fails before ticket closure.
- After a ticket is closed, both parties retain a 30-day dispute window to report serious failures, reversals, or misrepresentations.
Enforcement
- If a service fails, reverses, or becomes ineffective before the ticket is closed, the seller becomes ineligible for payout, and the case may result in a full refund to the buyer.
- If a problem appears after ticket closure, it must be reported within the 30-day dispute window for staff review and possible enforcement.
Violations and Penalties
Failure to follow this policy may result in non-payment, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from KRABIT. Repeated violations will lead to stronger enforcement actions without further warning.
