For the benefit of new members who may not have reviewed our full Terms of Service, here’s a summary of the most important rules. These guidelines help you use KRABIT in a safe, professional, and predictable way.
Professional Conduct:
KRABIT is a business-focused platform, and you must treat all members with respect and maintain a professional tone in every interaction.
Mandatory Checkout Tickets:
All transactions must be completed through the KRABIT checkout system unless staff approves another method in writing.
Deals outside the checkout system are not protected by KRABIT policies, dispute procedures, or refund rights.
Protect Property URLs and Handles:
You must not post property URLs, social media handles, or sensitive asset identifiers publicly, and you may share these details only in private messages or when requested by staff.
On-Platform Communication Only:
You must keep all deal-related communication inside KRABIT, because attempts to move conversations or negotiations off-platform are not allowed.
Limited Liability:
KRABIT provides the marketplace and acts as the Merchant of Record for payments, but it is not responsible for the quality, performance, legality, or future stability of items or services offered by users.
Verification Requirements:
You must comply with verification requests from KRABIT, including identity checks, ownership verification, or AML/KYC procedures, which are completed securely through approved providers.
Seller Obligations:
Sellers must deliver the asset or service exactly as described in the Checkout Ticket, and payment is released only after the buyer confirms completion or the platform verifies delivery.
Please note that these rules are a simplified summary of the full Terms of Service.
KRABIT may update these guidelines at any time, and we encourage you to review the full Terms regularly.
