What verification steps are required?

Yes, purchases made on KRABIT are covered by the platform’s transaction flow and dispute resolution policies, as outlined in the Terms of Service.


Selling on KRABIT

What can I sell on KRABIT?

You can list digital assets such as:

  • Services tied to digital assets (if permitted)

All listings must comply with KRABIT**’s Prohibited Items/Services List**.

How do I create a listing?

What happens after my asset sells?

Once a buyer pays, you complete the transfer according to the listing requirements.
Funds are released once the buyer confirms receipt or after the verification period.


Payments and Fees

What payment methods does KRABIT support?

KRABIT supports:

  • Cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL

  • Trustap: Credit card, debit card, bank wire

  • Direct platform payments (where available)

Why are some payments handled by Trustap?

Trustap is an independent third-party payment facilitator used for certain transactions.
When using Trustap, KRABIT and Techhive Technologies Ltd do not control or access your funds.

Does KRABIT charge fees?

Yes, KRABIT charges service fees between 2% and 11%, based on transaction volume, payment method, and member status.

What is the refund processing fee?

All refunds processed directly by KRABIT include a 1% Refund Processing Fee, which covers administrative, banking, and blockchain costs.

Are there any fees for dispute resolutions?

Yes. If KRABIT staff must intervene, a 5% dispute resolution fee applies.

  • If the buyer is at fault, the buyer pays the full 5%.

  • If the seller is at fault, the seller pays the full 5%.

  • If both share responsibility, each pays 2.5%.


Refunds and Cancellations

Are refunds guaranteed?

No, refunds are not automatic and are issued at the discretion of KRABIT unless required by law.

What happens if a buyer cancels?

The 1% refund processing fee applies, regardless of fault.

Can a seller be responsible for refund fees?

Yes. For transactions above $5,000, the buyer may request reimbursement of the 1% refund fee directly from the seller if the cancellation results from seller’s default.


Disputes and Safety

KRABIT encourages buyers and sellers to resolve issues directly.
If that fails, KRABIT staff may step in, review the evidence, and make a final decision.

No, KRABIT does not guarantee or endorse the actions of contractors or sellers.

Who cannot send money to KRABIT?

These include, but are not limited to:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and others listed in the ToS.

Yes, KRABIT can suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice if a user violates platform rules or poses a risk to the marketplace.
